Great hotel with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and great continental breakfast. I remember when the staff helped me find my lost car keys. I highly recommend staying here. I'm coming back for Christmas!

How clean and fresh of room, top staff welcome with smiles. I would stay again there whenever I am travelling and one in the. area.

The pocket door would not close

The room was clean and had plenty of space for our family, including my elderly parents. The staff were friendly, providing extra towels and even reserving a parking spot for our convenience.

My children wished there were more activities for them at the hotel.

The hotel was built in a not easily accessible dead end that was really confined and doesn't would well. I arrived at 130am and unruly College or high school kids were partying and running thru the facility knocking on guest doors and laughing loudly. My room didn't have 2 beds as requested. When reassigned, I was sent to a room with mattresses turned over on their sides. Meanwhile police started arriving. It was late and I was tired, and i should have been offered a complimentary room away from the ruckus but was not. Feeling unsafe I decided to leave.

The staff's attentiveness impressed me, and the cleanliness of my room assured comfort. The breakfast variety could improve. A reliable option for travelers.

I was happy with hotel's great location in the middle of jackson. I was upgraded to a newly renovated room with double beds. Location: the venue was close to restaurants and shopping and downtown, downtown and waffle house for breakfast. Easily reached Peking Chinese Restaurant, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Newly renovated room. Bed was very comfortable. nice carpet and decor.

Workers who were renovating the hotel were staying in the room next to us. they were very loud at night. I had to ask them to quiet down. There were places in the bathroom that they basically forgot during the renovation. The toilet seat was painted and was pealing. The fixtures and tub area needs some attention / renovation.

The rooms were super clean and comfortable, much better than my previous experience in columbus. The staff was really helpful. The location made it easy to explore all the nearby restaurants and shops.

They didn't have our reservations in the system. Thank goodness somebody had cancelled and we were able to get a room.

This was just a top selection for a weekend vacation in Columbus with definitely value for money. The AC worked great, a lifesaver in the heat. Keep your door locked for your own safety.

The pool was refreshing and clean, and the WiFi worked perfectly throughout my stay. The location was super convenient with easy access to all necessities!
